Cutline: The University of Central Oklahoma’s Forensic Science Institute students polished their crime-solving skills at a lecture featuring Li Liu, professor at the China Criminal Police University in Shenyang, China, on the usage of fingerprinting and other methods of identification Wednesday, April 10. Liu is a leading researcher in latent fingerprinting identification and works for the top law enforcement and forensic science university in China.
